1. Registration Request

Prospective models/creators must apply for an account on app.erosiaclub.com.

2. Age & Identity Verification

• Age and identity verification is mandatory via our third-party partner, Verifymy.io.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to confirm the Creator is 18+.
• The model/creator uploads their ID and completes the Verifymy.io verification process.

3. Model/Creator Agreement Execution

The model/creator is presented with the EROSIA Model/Creator Agreement, which covers:

• Age and consent warranting.
• Copyright, licensing, and content guidelines.
• Payment rules, record keeping, compliance, indemnification, arbitration, and termination.
• Links to all relevant platform policies (DMCA, Acceptable Use, Privacy/GDPR, USC 2257, etc.).

The agreement is electronically filled and signed via an e-signature workflow. The model/creator must review and accept all platform policies before signing.

4. Admin Approval

After both age/ID and agreement completion, an admin reviews the application.
Upon approval, the admin grants access to the model/creator for publishing on the site.

5. Record Keeping

All signed Model/Creator Agreements, age verification documents, and consent/ID records are physically and digitally stored at:

6. Compliance Monitoring

SDV Entertainment Company admins conduct ongoing compliance audits (checking age records, consent forms, DMCA adherence) and require cooperation from creators.

The platform and CCBILL can suspend payments or access in case of breaches or incomplete documentation.

7. Creator Access

Once approved, creators can upload and monetize content via the app.erosiaclub.com platform, subject to ongoing content moderation and compliance checks.
